What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and debit/check cards online through PayPal for advanced security. Fall Mountain Small Engine does not receive or store your credit card information. Please note that you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Use PayPal to pay by credit or debit card.

Do you offer payment plans?

No we do not offer payment plans, however PayPal Credit has financing offers, such as no payments and no interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Plus, customers have up to 25 days to pay for purchases under $99.00 through PayPal.

Do you require a deposit?

For special order parts or large cost repairs we do request a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost before ordering/repair.

What is your labor rate?

As of January 1st 2015 our labor rate is $55.00 per hour.

What are your hours of operation?

Mon: By appointment only Star Bullet Tues - Fri: 8am - 5pmĀ  Star Bullet Sat: 8:30am - 12pm

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

If you decide not to have us repair your equipment after we provide an estimate, there is a minimum $25 diagnostic fee in order to recuperate our time invested.

How do I get to your store?

We offer a convienent link to Google's driving directions. Just enter your starting address for custom driving directions to our Charlestown, NH store.

Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

We offer limited local pickup and delivery within a 10 mile radius, by appointment only.
